Constitution
Version 4 of the Constitution was raised and passed on the 22nd November 2025 at the 3rd Annual General Meeting, which was held at the Burnside Hotel in Glasgow. As no matters were brought to the attention of the Board regarding the addition and changes to the Constitution, these were adopted by unanimous decision by the Trustees and Members present. The Constitution, although made public, is the property of Geez A Gi and should not be reproduced, without prior written permission.
Proposed changes (v3-v4);
1. The raising of the income threshold that the applicant has to be under in order to qualify for a Gi, from £25,000 to £70,000, inline with the Governments Social Benefit Guidelines. This change can be found in the 'Grant Approval' Section. PASSED
2. The addition of a outline of, and guidance on, the newly launched Athlete Development Programme (ADP). This can be found in the section named 'Athlete Development Programme' and it is there for the benefit of the Trustees and the Athletes as it clearly sets out what is expected from each party respectfully. PASSED
Accounts
The accounts for the term of 2024/25 were presented at the 3rd AGM on the 22nd November 2025, which was held at the Burnside Hotel in Glasgow. Presented to the assembly by the sitting Treasurer of the term, Dawn Kent, and with no matters arising from such, the Account and accompanying report were passed as accurate by the Trustees and Members present.

Reports
Each term it is a requirement for the Chairperson and Treasurer to present reports to the assembled body of Members at the Annual General Meeting. This allows for transparency, and understanding, of the operations carried out by the Charity throughout the term, the allocation of funds, and the projected goals for the term ahead.
