Self Security Course

Geez A Gi has teamed up with Missing Link Martial Arts to bring you an extensive course in personal security.

This two day course will cover topics such as;

- Recognising Urban Violence and its Sources

- Introduction to the Law regarding Self Defence

- Exploring Personal Experiences (optional)

- Understanding Fear and Stress

- Assertiveness and Self Confidence

- Physical Self Defence Techniques

This course will be run by Heero Miketta, Founder of Missing Link Martial Arts, and Matthew Law, Founder and current Chairman of Geez A Gi.

The course will be held over two days for three hours each day. It will also be available in two venues for participant convenience.
