KKS Iain Abernethy Seminar

Geez a Gi is honoured and delighted to have been invited by our friends at Kizuna Karate Scotland, to attend this event.

Kizuna Karate Scotland has the pleasure to host Sensei Iain Abernethy; who will present a seminar on locking, trapping, and close-range striking from the Pinan/Heian kata sires. 

Sensei Abernethy is a 7th Dan with the British Combat Association, and a renowned Instructor in the Karate Seminar circuit. A fantastic opportunity for any karateka to develop their understanding of the kata and bunki.

This was a greatly attended seminar with 45 participants from various clubs and styles present. This provided a fantastic opportunity for us to network and spread the work of our Charity across Scotland. 

At this event we received donated items which will be recycled or re-homed, and raised £60.77 from cash donations, our raffle and merchandise sales.
